Talent development is a necessary program for modern enterprises. Although it is essential, many enterprises do not have appropriate framework to ensure the success of talent development program. Facilitator Management Application (FMA) is built to support talent development program that enables to facilitate all talented staffs within organisation to share their valuable knowledge. FMA maximizes the use game elements to encourage knowledge sharing mechanism that enables to link with corporate KPI system, whether it links with corporate talent planning, talent program development, talent measurement and documentation.

FMA is developed on digital platform that enables creating an effective talent development on gamification approach. FMA encourages sharing knowledge mechanism that links with KPI system.

Gunawan Wang have been working as a technical and business (assessor) consultant for more than 20 years. His major clients involves Data and Information Division (Pusdatin) Ministry of Health, Corporate University (Pusdiklat) PT.PLN, Ministry of State Appartus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB), and other Multinational Corporations. He has advised applying Enterprise Architecture system for major Enterprises and digital startups for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
