Summary
Mahmud Isnan is a Certified NVIDIA Instructor & Ambassador. Currently, he joins BDSRC to work on AI research and become lecturer in department of computer science at Binus University, especially in image processing and remote sensing. He received a Bachelor of Computer Science in information systems from STMIK Indonesia Padang, Indonesia. He earned a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things from a joint degree program between the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Tokyo Institute of Technology, and Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University (TU) under the TAIST Tokyo Tech Program. In his thesis, he worked on mapping poverty using machine learning, satellite imagery, and geospatial data. His recent research interests include remote sensing, machine learning, image processing, and natural language processing.
