Research background

Digital transformation in healthcare is crucial for industry advancement. It involves changes in health systems driven by digital technologies, such as telemedicine and electronic medical records (Ministry of Health, 2023). This transformation not only improves patient access to health services but also strengthens the development of human resources (HR). In Indonesia, the aim is to equip HR professionals with the skills to analyze health data, enabling agencies to create informed, data-driven policies for better health outcomes (Ministry of Health, 2024).

Research history

This research was in collaboration with the Sawah Besar District Health Center. Human Resources (HR) are essential for achieving organizational goals. Utilizing technology to manage human resources can boost employee performance and productivity. One effective method is to document all employee activities. During FGD, discussions with Sawah Besar Health Center revealed the need for a tool for Human resource management. On March 31, 2023, the first FGD (Focused Group Discussion) took place as an online meeting. The Sawah Besar Community Health Center explained its approach to Human Resource management. After several FGDs, the final application was completed on January 31, 2024, and successfully launched on September 20, 2024, for internal use.
